Another one of my favorite things about Tennessee is the number of historic cabins I get to explore and photograph. There are dozens and they are all wonderful, making it so easy to imagine what it was like to live without electricity and motor vehicles and telephones. The hardiness and perseverance of the people who settled in this area is impressive.
And I hope y’all won’t mind a few more photo dumps in the blog over the next few days. These images are really getting my excited about my return to the Smokey Mountains next week!
