We have some weird weather here in Maryland. On Monday I was out in the sunshine, without a jacket, having trouble comprehending that we were expecting snow the next day. Just before sunset I managed to get free from the day’s tasks and find a lovely spot on the Chesapeake Bay to photograph. I had hoped to set up sooner, and to remember my tripod, but I made do with the pier to steady my camera and managed to grab a few images before the light left.

Yesterday we got a heap of snow and today we’re hovering around 11 degrees. I’m going to stare at these photos and hope they trick my brain into thinking its warmer…
