The seasons are a little off this year. I went to Colorado expecting fall colors, but got mostly snow. I wasn’t and am not complaining…it was just unexpected.
I’ve got my yearly trip to the Smoky Mountains upcoming and the fall foliage reports are still reporting little to no color. Do I change my plans, or do I go with the unexpected and take advantage? I’m debating, but I don’t think there is a wrong choice here.
I will be as enamored of the Smoky Mountains in her full summer greenery as I am with her fall gowns. And perhaps I could use the excuse of an extra trip, or exploring new places, or…anything.
To me, the beautiful places are always beautiful and thats what I most want to share.
