I stopped at my sister’s for a couple of cups of coffee before heading on my way this morning. After that it was an uneventful 8 hour drive to my destination in Ohio. I was SO glad I picked up a few Dresden Files audio books (one at Booksamillion for $12 and another for $7.49 from Audible. score!); they really made the time pass quickly.
I’m in a hotel tonight, but the front desk clerk pointed me in the right direction and I did a few miles on some really pretty trails that are nearby.
I’m going to see if there is a microwave in the lobby kitchen where I can nuke some soup, then settle in for the night. Tomorrow’s another long drive…
